Chandos Road is one of Reliant Care’s new acquisition, complete with a dedicated office and a visitor’s room. There are 11 newly refurbished en-suite rooms, kitchen facilities and laundry facilities. The home is located in Harrow high street with various facilities available to help reintegration for service users. There are full time members of staff during the day, with wake in staff to ensure support to the residents. In addition, we have close links with local voluntary organisations and are able to provide our own employability scheme, helping service users gain employment.
Peel road is a brand new 24 hour facility with double rooms and en-suites with a garden. There is a communal lounge and two kitchens for residents to prepare meals for themselves. There is staff on site during the day with wake in staff during the night. The home is located in Harrow with various facilities available to help reintegration for service users. There are full time members of staff during the day, with a sleep-in overnight to ensure support to the residents.

Church Road was Reliant Care’s first supported housing unit. It is in a residential street in Hayes, close to local shops and amenities. Church Road offers 24 hour support to six residents in a step down arrangement. Again, there is a full time member of staff during the day, with a sleep-in overnight to ensure support to the residents. This service is currently under renovation.
Great West Road, Hounslow offers 6 bed 24 hour supported living. This location features ensuite rooms communal lounge and kitchen, garden.
New Development by Reliant Care in Imperial Drive, Rayners Lane, Harrow–of a brand new five storey, 18 bed facility with a mix of both long term care and respite care for clients with complex learning disabilities. This property comprises a fully functional commercial bakery for supported employment, a training centre and the new office headquarters.
